Every family is different. My role is to help you understand your child’s sleep, create a plan that fits your family, and support you as you put it into practice.

How I support families:

  1. We start with your child and your goals

I take time to understand your baby’s age, temperament, routines, and what feels right for your family.

  2. You receive a personalized sleep plan

Your plan is built using gentle, responsive strategies that work with your baby–not against them– and supports independent sleep at a pace that feels manageable.

  3. I support you through the process
